TAN SRI BORHAN DOLAH PSM,DGSM,DPSM,JSM
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Sitting at the helm of the company, Tan Sri Borhan bin Dolah holds a Master in Public Administration from the University of Hartford (USA) and has more than 30 years of solid experience in project management, operation and public administration. Prior to joining East Coast Road Sdn. Bhd., Tan Sri Borhan has taken up several key management roles in the government ministries, including the Public Service Department as the Director General, Prime Minister’s Department as the Deputy Secretary General (Development and Finance), and the Sabah Federal Secretary.
As the Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Borhan plays a pivotal role in overseeing and fostering the effectiveness of the Board both inside and outside the board room. With his undiluted commitment in exercising the highest standard of prudence and business acumen, Tan Sri Borhan’s ability to lead complex operations and establish a culture of operational excellence shall be echoed in setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy.
